Supporting you to find your way through life’s changes & challenges
I work with people across BC who are finding their way through: low mood, anxiety, life change, illness in the family, grief/loss, trauma.
My Approach
First & foremost I believe in creating a relationship with my clients based on trust, safety and respect. People come to me with their unique struggle and they are met with kindness, non-judgement, and curiosity. From there we can begin to have therapeutic conversations, unpack life’s problems, process pain, and uncover the strengths, skills, capacities necessary to navigate problems. At the heart of my practice I am: person-centered, relational, strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, body positive, feminist.

I humbly acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nations
I’m a striving anti-racist, committed to a social justice framework; I regularly support my clients to explore the cultural and political issues that influence the problems they face. I, myself, am a settler here in Canada. I’m committed to unlearning the racist and colonial practices that harm people and reinforce systems of power. I’m constantly learning about my clients diverse cultural backgrounds, grounding our conversations in identity, belonging, and meaning.
